What does it involve?

Usually lasting approximately 1 hour, a gas boiler service includes a full clean internally of the boiler, all relevant safety checks such as flue gas analysis and if applicable, the magnetic filter serviced.

Also lasting approximately 1 hour, a gas safety check, often referred to as 'landlord safety check' includes a visual inspection internal and external of all appliances within the property, all relevant safety checks such as gas analysis and tightness testing and comes with a certificate lasting one year.

How does it work?

With good communication and a modern electronic diary, your boiler service or safety check will be booked directly with yourself or your tenant at your request for an AM or PM appointment, Monday to Friday. Upon completion of the work, the certificate will be emailed directly to yourself no later than 3 days after the work has taken place.
